Chadwick has been with Codale for 40 years and most recently held the title of SVP Customer Experience.
November 12, 2025, SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Codale, a Sonepar company, has appointed Kent Chadwick as President of Codale, effective immediately. Chadwick has four decades of experience in the industry and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President Customer Experience at Codale.

Chadwick began his career at Codale as a delivery driver in 1985. Over the years, he has held various roles including Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Procurement, Account Manager, Branch Manager, VP Sales, VP Operations, and most recently, SVP Customer Experience. He will work closely with Codale’s excellent leaders and associates to ensure continued growth and the highest quality customer service.
