Internships & Early Career Opportunities
We offer paid opportunities such as internships, cooperative education and a rotational development program for recent college graduates. Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals
Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals (STEP) is a dynamic, 12-month rotational program designed to educate, train and develop skills in emerging professionals and help establish your career. While working in a full-time paid position, you will get hands-on experience in every aspect of our business plus training opportunities and travel to select business locations across the US.
Our Internships
Our internships allow currently enrolled college students to leverage classroom knowledge to complete projects, tackle innovative challenges, and collaborate with colleagues and your intern cohort. The internships are paid positions for 10 weeks in the summer.
