Jackson, MS (December 9, 2011) - Irby, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, today signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Treadway Electric of Little Rock, AR effective January 1, 2012.
Established in 1905, Treadway holds the record of Arkansas’ oldest Electrical Distributor and employs over 100 employees in 14 locations throughout the state of Arkansas. Treadway Electric has served their customers with excellence, integrity and distinction and will continue to operate as Treadway, a division of Irby.
